Good Labor Practices Certificate
The Ministerio de Trabajo y Previsión Social (Ministry of Labor and Social Security) granted a Certificate of Good Labor Practices to Bantrab and Aseguradora de los Trabajadores in 2021, which was renewed in 2022. Additionally, the portfolio was awarded a badge for hiring seniors in 2021
and another for hiring seniors and people with disabilities in 2022.
Bantrab is ranked in the Top 10 best companies for young professionals in Guatemala in 2021, 2022, and 2023. The survey, conducted by the firm First Job, also placed Bantrab in second position in the list of best companies for young people in Technology.
The survey of the Most Attractive Companies to Work For (Empresas más Atractivas para Trabajar, EMAT) by Tecoloco ranks Bantrab fifth in the Banking and Finance segment in Guatemala and 23rd in the overall index. This study provides direct insight into the workforce perception in each country.
